We foster future leaders by training employees in line with their passion and expertise in order to meet the ever changing requirements of our business. Kwatani’s training centre and material testing and R&D laboratory provides an effective training ground for new employees joining our company. Kwatani’s training has spanned from artisan programs, bursary and leadership opportunities for younger students, to an MBA or Master’s in Engineering.
